Below are the policies for my products: 

Books:

•  Print-on-Demand Books - If you received a damaged, defective, incorrect book, or incorrectly packaged items, please reach out asap. You can submit a ticket with a picture of the issue to the publishing site. ( https://help.lulu.com )
•  Once an order has been placed, you can't change the quantity, shipping method, or source files. However, if you contact the publishing site before the book goes into production, you can change the shipping address. You can cancel a print book order (you must create an account to do so) within one hour after placing the order, if the order is already processed you cannot cancel. 
• Please note that the publishing site accepts no responsibility for the quality of the content (including misspelled words, grammatical errors, etc.), formatting, design, or overall book appearance and will not provide refunds for those reasons. 

• Ebooks - Ebooks are not returnable or refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase due to the nature of this product.
• Privacy Policy:  The publishing site does not sell or provide third parties with personal information about my customers. This includes information that can identify or contact someone, such as their name, address, phone number, and email address. 

Printable designs: 

• You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase 
•  Etsy prohibits the use of buyer information for unsolicited messages. 
•  Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information. 
• All printable files are for personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed
• Color variations depend on the computer monitors, mobile screens, and printed output. 
• You may download/print the file as often as you'd like for your personal use.
• I cannot offer returns or exchanges because digital items are available for download immediately after purchase. However, you can contact me to discuss refunds if needed.
